If you’re not satisfied with your purchase of any Ask The Headhunter PDF product, we will refund the price of your purchase if you notify us no later than seven (7) days from the date of your purchase (not the download date).
Sorry, but there are no refunds on physical books.
To request a refund on a PDF product, please contact us at (908) 236-8440 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org (please use the subject “Refund” in your e-mail).
Refund requests must be accompanied by:
- The reason why you are not satisfied with the product.
- A copy of your PURCHASE CONFIRMATION, which is issued to you at the time of purchase.
Refunds require that you return the product to us prior to issuance of the refund. We’ll refund your purchase price via the same method you used to make payment.
Refunds are limited to one per customer. Refund policy is subject to change without notice.
