Refund Policy
 
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, simply notify us no later than seven (7) days from the date of your purchase by contacting us at (908) 236-8440 or via e-mail at store@asktheheadhunter.com (please use the subject "Refund" in your e-mail).

When requesting a refund, please provide:

  1. The reason why you are not satisfied with the product.
  2. Data that is printed on your PURCHASE CONFIRMATION, which is issued to you at the time of purchase.

Refunds require that you return the product to us prior to issuance of the refund. We'll refund your purchase price via the same method you used to make payment.

Refunds are limited to one per customer.
