Dear Sir,
If you had asked me a
year ago what I would be doing today, I probably would have
answered, progressing in the early stages of my career. That's
far from the truth. For the last five months I have been
unemployed. I am 25 years old and I have a Master's in marketing
management, but I have been unemployed for five loooong months.
I just can’t land that job. I have been walking in a circle
full of rejections.
Before I stumbled upon
your articles today, I thought there was something wrong with
me. My skills weren’t valuable enough; I didn’t choose the
right school for the type of job that I want; my last job just
wasn’t good enough; and so on – basically, I thought I
sucked! To tell you the truth, sending out dozens of resumes,
getting dozens of rejections, and going to interviews answering
the same lame questions completely drained me of my motivation
and self-respect.
No more! Your articles
made me think "out of the box" about job hunting. I
have never read more inspiring stuff. Truth is, the time I spent
reading through all of them has been one of the most motivating
hours of the last five months.
I would like to thank
you for sharing your insight with me and others in my situation.
Your approach is so right, it is smart and tactful and it will
get me my dream job. I will not be a stagnating "cow"
any longer. Thank you!!!
Sincerely,
T.N.
