"you") as a user of Ask The Headhunter publications,
including but not limited to the Ask The Headhunter web site and
Ask The Headhunter newsletters. By using Ask The Headhunter, you are
indicating your agreement to be bound by all of the terms in this agreement. If you do not
wish to be bound by this agreement, do not use Ask The Headhunter. Ask The Headhunter may
change the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time and without prior notice to
you. You agree to be bound by all of the terms of this, and all future agreements, as long
as you use Ask The Headhunter.

and any other Ask The Headhunter publications is the property of North Bridge Group, Inc. and is protected under copyright law. None of the
material may be reproduced without our written permission, with the exception of
downloading or printing a single copy for yourself for offline viewing.
This copyright extends from original Ask The Headhunter material, to the raw
compilations of posts in our message folder(s) on The Motley Fool's web site, to the edited and filtered compilations of
posts that we publish and/or sell and distribute.

You agree that Ask The Headhunter shall have an unlimited license to edit and republish anything that you post in our forum(s)
