Regarding your article, Put a Free Sample in Your Resume: I currently manage a staff of 30 people in Europe for a company based out of the US and I agree 101% with your guidelines to keep the reader interested.

I get so many CV's [what Europeans call a resume] and the only thing that changes is the name on top. Everyone is hard working, a team player, and would like to move up in the corporate world, but what can they bring into the company? All your comments are dead-on!!!!
