I have been looking for a job for two years. I graduated summa cum laude
with an engineering degree and have an MBA from an excellent university, as well as 10 years of experience, but I could not
find a job to save my life. I knew something was wrong but I had no ideal what.
After reading Ask The Headhunter I knew exactly what
the problem was. After reading the book I sent an email to the hiring manager for a job that I had already been rejected for.
This time I used some of the principles in the book. He was so impressed he agreed to see me again. The meeting went so well
that he personally took me to meet the VP of the division. The next day I had lunch with the COO.
I couldn't believe how comfortable I was at the interviews once I changed the focus
to the work, like your book suggested. I had an offer the next day.
I wish I had found this book two years ago.
Thanks,
R.T. Ball
