I've been reading Ask The Headhunter for about six months now. When I started reading your articles, I was in a job I hated at a company that did not want success and did nothing to encourage excellence except talk about it at monthly meetings (the daily behavior, especially of the senior management, was something completely different). Thanks in part to your excellent tips on interviewing, negotiating salary, etc, I now have a position with an award-winning company that has all the signs of being success and excellence oriented.

It was not an easy quest, but your articles seemed to be timed so that the information came just when I needed it most. It may have happened anyway, but your information helped keep me on the right track and motivated to find that perfect position that I'd hoped was out there. Little did I know, it would lead to moving from Southern California to Iowa -- but what a pleasant change (even though I got here just in time for winter). Thanks again and keep up the good work.
