I'm a headhunter for the medical and biotech industries, and I
require that my candidates read your book prior to
interviewing. It really helps with the preparation phase.
Some of my candidates have expressed confusion after
reading the cover and have asked me why, as a headhunter, I would refer them to a book
that explains how to be their own headhunter.
I assure them it's not totally altruistic: "If I
pitch you the perfect position and you hit a home run with what you've learned from Nick's
book, we both win."
Thanks for providing me with a great tool that helps
my candidates win offers.
